By accessing this site, creating a Simly account, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a contract and to purchase mobile data services. By using Simly you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Simly plans are prepaid digital connectivity products. Once an eSIM profile is delivered and installed, the product is considered consumed for the purposes of refund eligibility, subject to the Refund Policy.

Prices, data allowances, and validity periods are shown at checkout in the currency presented. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Taxes or local fees may apply depending on your billing location and will be displayed before purchase where applicable.

eSIM compatibility and network availability vary by device, destination, and local carrier. It is your responsibility to confirm that your device supports eSIM, is unlocked, and is compatible with the destination network before purchase.

Activation instructions are provided after purchase. Plan validity typically begins on first connection to a supported network, unless stated otherwise on the plan detail page.

Mobile coverage, speeds, and supported networks depend on the partners that operate in the destination region and can change without notice. Simly does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Emergency calls or SMS may not be supported on Simly eSIM plans unless explicitly stated for the specific plan you purchased. Do not rely on a Simly eSIM as your sole means of contacting emergency services.

You agree not to use Simly for unlawful activity, to resell connectivity without written permission, to interfere with the service, or to abuse fair-use allowances defined by the partner network.

The Simly name, logos, site content, and software are owned by Prime Organize or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Prime Organize is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Simly. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan.

We may suspend or terminate access to Simly if these terms are breached, if fraud is suspected, or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered place of business of Prime Organize, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
