Simly is an eSIM service operated by Prime Organize. We respect your privacy and aim to collect only the information needed to deliver, support, and improve the service.

This policy applies to purchases, account use, and any interaction with our customer support channels.

Information We Collect

Account details such as name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you create or sign in to a Simly account.

Order details including the plan purchased, destination region, activation status, and basic device information needed for eSIM provisioning.

Support correspondence you send to us, including the contents of messages and any attachments.

Limited technical data such as device type, app version, language, and diagnostic logs that help us resolve issues.

How We Use Information

To fulfill your order, deliver the eSIM profile, and keep your plan active for the duration purchased.

To provide customer support, investigate technical issues, and prevent fraud or misuse.

To send essential service messages such as activation instructions, expiration notices, and policy updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments and Stripe

Payments for Simly plans are processed by Stripe. When you complete a purchase, your card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are not stored on Simly servers.

We receive a transaction reference, the amount paid, the currency, and basic billing metadata so we can match the payment to your order and process refunds when applicable.

Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy and security terms.

eSIM Provisioning Partners

To deliver mobile data in different countries, Simly works with eSIM connectivity providers and roaming partners.

We share the minimum information required to provision your eSIM profile and to keep your plan active, such as the destination region, plan identifier, and an internal order reference.

These partners are bound by contractual obligations to handle data only for the purpose of providing the connectivity service.

Data Retention

We retain account, order, and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.

Diagnostic logs and support messages are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Simly account at any time by emailing the address in the Contact section from the email used to register.

Active plans cannot be partially refunded as a result of deletion. Certain records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.

International Transfers

Simly is operated by Prime Organize and works with partners and infrastructure providers located in different countries. By using the service you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence under appropriate safeguards.
